Iyengar Alignment Yoga
Iyengar Yoga often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing asanas (postures). The props enable students to perform the asanas correctly, minimising the risk of injury or strain, and making the postures accessible to both young and old.
Aerial Yoga is a great workout, but can also be used therapeutically as it’s extremely effective in elongating the spine and decompressing the joints of the body. It gives you the chance to hang freely, allowing your spine to lengthen. It’s also a lot of fun!

Combining Therapeutic Bodywork, Therapeutic Yoga Techniques, including breath work, Core and Stabilization Work, we re-educate the body to realign itself.
Therapy sessions are one on one. Sessions usually last between one and a half to two hours. The intention of the therapy is to educate you, the student, to be able to eventually become independent of the therapist. To gain enough understanding and confidence to work on your own.
Great core workout combining the work of Joseph Pilates mixed with alignment yoga. Using props, we cover the basics as well as more advanced core work. You choose the level that works for your body.
