At Satva our aim is focused mainly on the physical and energetic bodies.
Our yoga is alignment based with core movement integration, which is extremely important in order to unwind the patterns that we’ve accumulated over the years. Thus freeing the body and mind.
We teach students to understand and detect their individual and unique imbalances. Using props like inversion slings, a bamboo wall, physio balls, foam rollers……..etc…we can get started on the path to a balanced body. For people with long term chronic problems structural bodywork is extremely helpful.
We have trained in Iyengar Yoga. Integrative Yoga Therapy, Pilates Therapy, Soma Structural bodywork (based on Rolfing), Therapeutic Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy (Upledger).
